Luis Antonio Faiella \u00e8 nato a Cava de\u2019 Tirreni, nel sud Italia.<\/p>

Fin da piccolo, trascorreva lunghe ore a osservare il fratello maggiore cucinare piatti tradizionali locali. Dall\u2019et\u00e0 di 8 anni inizi\u00f2 ad accompagnarlo in cucina, e insieme andavano a pescare ogni giorno nei dintorni di Salerno e Amalfi. Luis Antonio, ancora bambino, si occupava della pulizia del pesce \u2013 il suo primo contatto con il mondo della gastronomia. <\/p>

Il suo destino era gi\u00e0 scritto. A 14 anni, spinto da una vera passione, intraprese studi professionali per diventare chef. <\/p>

Ha iniziato la sua carriera a Courmayeur, dove \u00e8 entrato a far parte di una brigata di chef francesi che sarebbero diventati veri modelli per lui. Curioso e desideroso di migliorarsi, ha dedicato tre anni alla pasticceria, arricchendo ulteriormente il proprio bagaglio di competenze. <\/p>

\u00c8 poi tornato a Courmayeur per lavorare con altri chef che, colpiti dal suo talento, lo hanno invitato a seguirli a Crans-Montana, in Svizzera, nel 2014.
