Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. Upon arrival, you will be given a confidential form to fill out in order to ensure you can receive your treatment. We ask that you arrive punctually to your appointment as the duration of your treatment will be reduced proportionally to any delay without a price reduction being applied. Your treatment will not be postponed. For your peace of mind, we recommend that you leave your jewelry in your room. Hotel residents are encouraged to come wearing the slippers and bathrobe from their room. Changing rooms, bathrooms and lockers are also available at the Spa. We ask that you shower in the changing room or in your room before your appointment.
If for any reason, you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in ad- vance by phone, email, or in person. For bookings made a few hours before your appointment, a 100% advance charge to your room will be incurred.
Please inform our staff if you suffer from any health conditions (circulatory problems, allergies, asthma), or if you are pregnant, as some treatments may not be suitable.

Access to the Sauna and Hammam offered to customers taking treatments worth 160.00 for 20 minutes before the treatment, subject to availability.

Hôtel magnifique , nous avons eu l’offre Qoqa. Le séjour était exceptionnel , le service adorable et très attentionné . Calme et volupté pour cet hôtel , de plus la chambre deluxe était tout simplement magnifique . Le souper également ainsi que le petit déjeuner étaient fabuleux . Mille mercis à l’équipe !

Nous avons passé 4 nuits et tout était parfait. Un personnel souriant, très avenant. Avec mon mari nous reviendrons c’est certain. Nous avons apprécié l’acceptation des chiens ce qui devient rare. Merci l’hôtel Royal!
