The Aquabike is a complete physical activity that requires all the muscles of the body which allows you to ride a bike in the water. Installed on an aquabike, usually submerged up to the waist. It will be a matter of pedaling in music in the water, at different rhythms and different positions.
Pilates
The Pilates method is a form of exercise that strengthens, tones, and relaxes the entire body through a variety of exercises that can be adapted and personalized in order to meet the objectives and needs of each client. Pilates is for everyone, from adults to children and open to all levels of experience.
